With over a decade spent building websites and running his own web design and development company, Nathan brings a rare blend of technical know-how and marketing thinking to Elm. He’s just as comfortable in a strategy session as he is hands-on with a build — which means the gap between idea and execution gets a lot shorter.

Nathan’s favourite part of any project is getting to know the client. He’s genuinely fascinated by how different businesses operate, and that curiosity shows in the work — digital solutions that actually reflect the people behind them. He also brings videography and drone capabilities to the team, adding another creative dimension to Elm’s client projects.

Outside of work, it’s all about family time.
